Confidentiality of Funds Source
Australian Refund Specialists cannot disclose the source of your unclaimed funds unless we have your signed authority.

Service Fee & Payment
A service fee is payable on all recovered funds upon successful recovery.

Payment of Refund Fees
The refund fees will be deducted from the client’s recovered funds. The remaining balance will be deposited electronically into the client’s nominated bank account. The client is responsible for providing accurate banking details, as incorrect information may cause delays in receiving their refund.

Commitment to the Recovery Process
Once the Authority to Release is signed, the claimant cannot withdraw from our services. If the claimant fails to provide the required documents (within their ability) to complete the claim, they will still be liable for the recovery fee. If the claimant refuses to supply the necessary documents, Australian Refund Specialists will provide 7 days’ notice before closing the file, after which payment of the recovery fee will still be required.

Legal Enforcement of Fees
If legal action is required to enforce the payment of the recovery fee under this agreement, the claimant agrees to cover all legal costs, including any additional attorney fees as adjudged by the court.

Australian Refund Specialists accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, currency, or completeness of any information provided via correspondence or communications. The accuracy or reliability of the information is not guaranteed, and we disclaim liability for any inaccuracies or errors in the provided data.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions may be modified at any time by Australian Refund Specialists, with a 7-day written notice detailing such changes.
